Appointment schedules are no problem at our Podiatry Center because the doctors can accomodate even the busiest people by setting appointments during evening or weekend hours. Dr. Phillip D. Decubellis, PhD, D.P.M.  

Dr. Phillip D. Decubellis gratuated with honors from the University of South Florida and received his medical degree at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He trained in General Podiatry at the University of Southern California LA County Hospital, and South Shore Hospital, Miami, Fl. Dr. Decubellis' Professional Positions include:

  • Chief, Department of Podiatric Medicine & Surgery
  • Director of the Vascular Laboratory and Wound Healing Center
  • Director of Post Graduate Residency Training
  • Director of Wound Healing Clinic
  • Principal Investigator

He is board certified as an active member of the following: Diplomate American Board of Podiatric Orthopaedics, Diplomate, American Council of Podiatric Physicians & Surgeons, Board Certified, Wound Care Specialist, (CWS) and the American Academy of Wound Management

Dr. Jason Evans, D.P.M.  

Dr. Jason Evans was born and raised in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated from Lorain Catholic High School in 1990. From there he attended the University of Toledo where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry.

 

Dr. Evans was admitted to Barry University School of Graduate Medical Sciences where he was awarded a doctorate in Podiatric Medicine in 1998.

Dr. Evans decided to stay in the South Florida area after graduating from medical school. He was accepted into a three year residency program at South Shore Hospital and Medical Center in Miami Beach, Florida.

 

His first year consisted of primary care medicine, his second year orthopedics and his final year foot surgery.

 

After graduating from his residency in 2001, Dr. Evans joined the practice of Dr. Phillip Decubellis.

 

Dr. Evans currently resides in Coral Springs, Florida. In his spare time Dr. Evans enjoys working out, playing golf and casual time with his friends.
